Drink on an empty stomach.

For the quickest and best results, fast to completion. Follow up the fast with a gluten-free vegetarian diet. Fast only under supervision. Otherwise, a period of vegetable juice only. Four to six glasses of celery (as much celery as you can cope with), for anything from 1 to 6 weeks. Add some parsley juice. Three parts carrot to 1 part celery is a nice mix. To ring the changes, mix a cup of cucumber juice with ¾ cup of nettle juice or beetroot juice. Always drink the freshly squeezed juice. Sip slowly.
